The Way of Tea
What the tea asks of us,and what it gives back.
Four ideas the tea room has kept for centuries — and the ones Kitori keeps too.
They shape how we choose our tea, and how we hope it’s enjoyed.
A cup in balance, color to finish.Honor for the farms and hands that grew it.Nothing in the cup but the tea.A quiet moment, taken slowly.
一期一会 Ichi-go ichi-e — one time, one meeting.
